Av. Victor Ciocîltan

Victor Ciocîltan, was born in 1980 in Bucharest; he graduated the German High school “Hermann Oberth” (Bucharest) and, in 2003, the faculty of law at the Nicolae Titulescu University, Bucharest, with outstanding results.

He is attorney at law and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2005.

After several years of work in a Romanian law office, where he was mainly concerned with Romanian civil, civil procedural and commercial law, he co-founded the law firm „Oancea Ciocîltan & Partner“. Av. Ciocîltan has advised German clients since the beginning of his career and has a focus of his activity on contracts and company law.

He has very good knowledge of German and English.
