Law Firm

The law firm Oancea, Ciocîltan & Partner was founded by Tudor Oancea and Victor Ciocîltan. In the course of the constant development of the law office, Tiberius Mitu and Raluca Oancea joined them in 2007 and 2008, respectively.

We decided to reunite in the new law office both, the experience gained in various international law, consulting and project management firms, and the outstanding knowledge of German and English, in order to offer especially companies from the German and English speaking countries, interested in investing in Romania or already acting on this market, competent legal advice and representation – in the language of their place of origin.

At the same time we offer our services to Romanian companies in respect to their commercial relations to German, Austrian or Swiss partners, or to citizens having legal relations with international elements.

Our strengths lie also in the simultaneous adaptation to the constantly changing legislation and the in-depth but though practical understanding of the fundamentals of the Romanian legal system.

Moreover, in order to offer our clients an efficient and all inclusive support, we built a network of contacts to other Romanian and international law firms, auditors and accountants, notaries, bailiffs and translators.

We also believe in offering our clients a personalized service, according to the individual specifics of every single situation. Thus, we may lighten the way and facilitate the endeavors of our clients on the intricate path of the Romanian legal system.

We also offer legal assistance and representation whithin the litigation process in Romania and Germany before international courts of arbitration.
